Warranties and specifications

Orac Decor products have the warranties and certification ISO14001. Our aim is to reduce environmental impact in all of our activities and we consider as a priority the creation of a safe, healthy and high quality workplace. We are comitted to improve constantly the quality, security and environmental impact.

The warranty of manufacturer it is applied to some products. To get more information about it, the client can contact Customer Service of Maproba SL. Any warranty that is not commercial does not affect the legal rights.

To claim a warranty, the Client must be able to submit the bill and the proof of payment. The warranty it is not transferable.

The warranty (commercial and/or legal) never it could be applied to the defects that may appear after accidents, deterioration of the condition due to negligence, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which was designed, breach of the user instructions, modifications or changes on the products, rough handling, incorrect assembly, inadequate maintenance, anormal, commercial or incorrect use.

Maproba does not take responsabilities of any direct or indirect damage caused by the delivered products, just in the case of legal and mandary provisions. Also is not applied the warranty in the case of an intervention of an unauthorized third figure by the supplier.

The conditions of the warranties will only be applicable when the materials have been manipulated strictly as is explained on the manufacturer use rules.

Orac Decor ornaments are resistant, light and easy to install. Are used as wood they are finished with high quality paint. The warranties will be just applied if these instructions have been completely followed. Before the ornament installation, you should check the measurements. Subject to change and deviations in the measurements in comparison with the catalogue. Don’t doubt to contact us to get more information.

Fire prevention: there’s indoor spaces and projects that need a strict fire prevention regulation. Contact us to specific requests.

Purotouch products as Duropolymer products are suitable to be used in outdoor or wet spaces. The products stick the same way old applications did, but with DecoFix Power instead than DecoFixPro. The two products have to be painted with outdoor paint of high quality.

Additional clarification:

*About the clues:
– In Luxxus and Axxent collections it has to be used Pro glue as filler and glue to the indoor spaces. Extra glue it has to be used in the joint of the parts so they don’t separate, just as it is described in “installation instructions”.
– To outdoor spaces, wet spaces, and/or non porous surfaces applications it has to be used Hydro glue rather than Pro glue. Always use Extra glue to avoid the separation of the joints as it is described on the “installation instructions” videos.
– To the Cornices Basixx collection just will be applied Pro glue to paste, to fill as to the joints.

* Public spaces applications:
– To public installations, Orac Decor can offer three options to comply the regulation needed. If this is the situtation, you can comunicate to us at info@maproba.es

* Environment:
– Belgium and Slovakian factories comply strictly with all the regulations to protect the environment.
– Axxent collection is recyclable. On Belgium main site there is available the machine that is needed to recycle the material and reuse it at the production process.
– Recently, on Belgium, Orac Decor has managed to generate the 40% of the energy that is used on the production process thanks to the installation of solar panels at the roof of the installations.
